KarbonPay is a FinTech brand based in the USA. They leverage technology to improve accuracy, productivity, compliance, cost and visibility in global payroll. They are a SaaS platform that automate the payroll process for companies needing to pay employees in more than one country.
Payroll accuracy for multinationals is challenging. It is KarbonPay’s mission is to be the answer to this inaccuracy by using technology and reducing human interaction. Their global payroll system seeks to solve issues with controls, accuracy, technology integration, cost, productivity, reporting capabilities, timelines, modernisation, corrections and adjustments.
Challenge
The brief was to create a modern, reliable, fun, relational FinTech brand. A brand that is trustworthy, easy to understand and accessible, yet convey the accuracy, compliance and preciseness needed in payroll.
Outcome
We conducted brand discovery sessions to gain insight into KarbonPay’s meaningful difference. With the team, we established their vision, values, positioning and personality. A logo and brand identity was developed to reflect their values and traits.
The brand identity solidified their positioning as a fun, fresh, intuitive, trustworthy, innovative FinTech brand.
