Megaro Bar is an upmarket boutique-cocktail bar, located in the heart of London, UK. Kandi collaborated with photographer Henry Thomas in creating the exhibition design event branding for Megaro Bar’s first photo/artwork exhibition, located in their downstairs ‘Dark Room’.
Outcome
The concept behind the exhibition design and event branding ‘This Way Up’ was created around contradiction and juxtaposition, going downstairs and being greeted with a panoramic skyline of London, enabling you to ‘descend into a world above’. We designed various artworks around the theme, contrasting expressions and adding a different view of the environment. Opposites such as city meets country, images meets words, further explored the ‘This Way Up’ theme. Apart from artworks, we also designed invites, cocktail/canapé menus and outdoor signage for the launch of the exhibition.
